Day one doing one task I’ve been putting off until I train myself to realise nothing takes as long as I think it does

It’s a right of passage in your 30s to want to throw away everything you owned in your 20s and build a capsule wardrobe right??? Because that’s where I’m at!

I feel like simplifying my wardrobe is part of my nervous system reset, but what do I do with it all? Sell it? Charity shops? Help!

Volume up for the voiceover! Okay let me clarify… this doesn’t mean having even more filler all over your face, what I mean when I say “more is less” is it must be strategically placed…

In cases where the goal is an anti-ageing full face rejuvenation, treating individual areas on their own “because you don’t want to have too much” is exactly what can cause a noticeable or fake appearance
