To all the men who keep things to yourself, you need to talk it out too. Speak to a therapist, who will not judge, who is not emotionally connected or involved, who will not be upset by what you say, or disclose or by how you feel. We will help you work through the heavy mental load, in a managed way, until you feel like you have passed through the storm. You matter. Get the help.
Talking saves lives and we need to be honest about our mental health. It’s alright for boys and men to cry. Mental heath is just as important as physical health.
