Day 11 of our “Merry & Well: 12 Days of Health with ” reminds us of the importance of hydration, especially during the festivities of the holiday season.

Day 11 — Hydration Holiday Reminder

It can be hard to remember to hydrate, especially during the winter months as the cold weather chills us — but hydration helps keep our bodies energised, focused and healthy.

So, remember to sip regularly during all the festive fun… including hot drinks like herbal teas, hot water and lemon, winter warmers like broths and soups, and warmed squash — which all help in banishing the cold of winter!❄️✨
