To celebrate World Book Day we invited our little friends from The Belvedere Preparatory School over for some fun & games 💜📚🎲

Our bistro was a hive of activity, we had a table of Jenga players, an artist corner for those future Quentin Blake’s, a surgeons table where all kinds of organs were been removed 😂 and a table of snakes & ladders cheaters…. You know who you are 😉

We were so pleased to see which character costume they chose to wear from their favourite book, you all looked amazing 🤩

We had two milestone birthday’s here at Park View 💜

Megan, our senior carer, turned 30! 🥳

And Gywn, who is also a senior carer, turned the BIG 40! 🥳🥳

We would like to say huge congratulations to both of them on such a special day, lots of love, peace and gratitude from everyone here at Park View 😁💜

🌳 If you go down to the woods today, you’re sure of a big surprise! 🤩

What a wonderful afternoon we had with all the little ones, their favourite teddys and ours. We played games, sung songs, tucked in to our lunchboxes… and generally made a mess! 🧺🧸

A resident of ours, Ann, was gifted a teddy bear that originally came from The Belvedere Preparatory School where she spent many years as a teacher 👩‍🏫 she was over the moon 💜

Today was National Love Your Pet Day so we thought why not be different and invite Squirrel, the Shetland pony from Tiny Treasures Equestrian to spend some time with us 🐴💜

Squirrel is 4 years old and he is such a calm and relaxed pony, we all felt at ease around him and thank you to Leanne for making him look so dapper! 👔

Spending time with animals, whether it’s your dog, cat, budgie or like us, a pony, can help your mental health wellness…. And of course, it’s so much fun 🤗

🥞Shrove Tuesday 2026!🥞

Well what a PANtastic afternoon we had flipping all those pancakes! 💜

Our chef prepared vanilla flavoured pancake mix to complement our selection of sauces, syrups, coulis and Cornish clotted cream ice cream 🤤

They certainly went down a treat and there was plenty of room for another! 🥞

We had another fun packed interactive wildlife session with ZooLab 🪳🕷️🐍🐁

Chris certainly does know his stuff 💡

The afternoon was filled with lots of ooh’s, argh’s and eee’s 😬

Protecting our wildlife is vitally important to ensure a strong ecosystem for generations to come 🌍🌎🌏

🌹Valentines Day at Park View🌹

Today was a celebration of love 💜 we spent the morning relaxing with family, friends and all our loved ones, while our chefs were busy in the kitchen preparing an amazing lunch 💐

The afternoon was filled with love songs from our Liverpool Songbird, Vanessa Antoinette Pettit 🎤🎶

Also, we would like to say a big happy birthday to Keith, 79 today! 🥳

Thank you to everyone who came and shared the day with us 💜

Well what a wonderful afternoon we had with the students from The Belvedere Preparatory School 💜

A handful of very well behaved students popped over to play games and have fun with us for Winnie the Pooh Day 🍯

Our bistro certainly was a beehive of activities with people chatting, playing puzzles, modelling play-doh, as well as smelling it… Oh the memories!

… And of course reading snippets from a Winnie the Pooh book 📖 🐝

To make it extra special, we all sang Happy Birthday to Dorothy who turned 92 today! 🎂
