TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit and Course Payment:

1. £30 deposit payable to secure your place on the course. The deposit is non-refundable, however if the course provider is unable to deliver the course, then in this circumstance it will be refunded.
2. £30 deposit covers such things as equipment, supplies and insurance.
3. To pay deposit please contact Hannah to acquire the bank details.
4. The remaining payment for the course should be paid prior to the start of the course or a cash/card/bank transfer payment will be accepted on Day 1 of the course.

It was such a joy to share the baby massage colic routine with a lovely family. Their baby was just 3 weeks old, struggling with trapped wind and feeling generally very unsettled.

Mum will be joining a semi-private course with me next week, but we spent some gentle, focused time beforehand going through the colic routine. We also explored a separate foot massage technique — both of which can help support digestion, ease trapped wind, and help bring some relief.

One of the things I love most about running my courses is how time seems to slow down when I’m there.

Life in general feels chaotic at the moment, and Liverpool city centre is no exception — but the second I step through the doors at Beyond Midwives, I feel this wave of safety and relief wash over me. Everything softens, the noise fades, and I can finally breathe.

We live in a world where everyone is always “switched on”, and everything feels fast and demanding. Baby massage offers a rare chance to switch off — to put your phone away, slow down, and be fully present. It’s time away from the never-ending housework and a moment to truly connect with your baby and the mums around you, without the rush of the outside world.

I think most of the parents I see at Beyond Midwives would agree that they feel the same way. There’s something about stepping into that space that instantly brings a sense of calm, safety, and breathing room — a little pocket of peace in the middle of everything else.
