Good morning

I have been blessed the universe has given me a situation to bring old deep trauma up that I have blocked and not looked at, this has been quite challenging and iv had to take time out of my job not even sure if I'm going back as Im working on my book.
I have put together a 3 months healing plan that I'm testing out on myself using different tool.
Once I have completed this and seen how lly life as changed then I'll will talk about it and introduce it.
When the universe presents us with these challenges there are two choices.
1. We can wallow in self pity and dwell on things, be the victim.
Or
2. We can see it as a growth opertunity and heal from it.

It is important that you take time for yourself no rush in these things and do what you need todo it might mean taking a few weeks off work and resetting yourself.

I find going for walks down the beach or in nature really helps me clear stuff but be gental on yourself and get to know yourself again, get reconnected.

The spiritual journey is not an easy ride one as to walk through Hell to enter into the kingdom Heaven. Iv had to be put through tests, been pushed to my very limits but this was to help you. Many healers and holistic therapist go on little weekend course and become healers.
They have not really done the work on themselfs, this can be dangerous as when they are doing energy work they are not a pure vessel to channel through so they can be transferring their own energy onto you.

When you do something with love and from the heart that's when the tranformtion takes place. I do not work on a one in one out system. I sit with you chat to you, after sessions I allow you to shaire your exspiriance hold space for you.

Healing is not just about laying on a table for an hour then getting up and going home and wondering what you have paid your 40 quid for. Let's have a chat and really get them intentions set what you want from it.

One session as very profound effects but 4 to 6 sessions can have life changing transformational effects. I will only ever give what is needed and it's upto you to do what needs to be done. For example if you come and then go away partying taking drugs and drinking ever week then come back saying the healing asnt worked then it's not for you. You also have to want change and do the work to get that.

No one can heal you you have to heal yourself, and this can be challenging having to face things alone, where do we start how do we do it.
Im a energy worker I work with healing energy's.
I am a channel for theses energy's to come through. Sometimes we just to take thst times out of our life's and revived an energy boost or help shift those stuck energy's from us.

Everyday we go to work and we take on do much from the world we get home have a shower and food and bed we done really have any times did ourselfs. All this stress and dence energy's starts to build up within us this creates blocks and we can start to feel tired and this csn lead to more serious things such as depression and phyical illness.

We were never meant to live life the way we do this is why we are very sick at the moments and there are more and more mental health problems.

As an energy worker/healer/teacher I offer a number of services to help you live life how you were ment to live it, live a more balanced harmonious life.

Good morning
I have posted on this page for a, while but I have had to strip more laires back. I have had to die several times over. My soul as had to be purified it's not been an easy ride there as been times when it's got too much and I have been down on my hands and knees begging to go home. But we will never get given more then we can handle.
We will always get through our challenges even though sometimes there will seek to be no way out but in the end we will always arrive at our destination.
