It’s official - my last day in the therapy room will be Sat 18th April. Next week will be my last week offering deep tissue massage, because as you can imagine it gets a bit harder giving them at 34weeks pregnant 🤪 All other treatments will still be available.

But don’t worry deep tissue will still be available, I’m leaving you in more than capable hands with Zoe! She will be in the therapy room two days a week from April, plus I have another very trusted therapist covering for me while I settle into Mama life 🤍

As always, very grateful for everyone that’s kept me busy over the years and kept me doing what I love, it’s just time for me to slow down a tad.

Zoe will be offering restorative and intuitive deep tissue massage. Not only is she one of my closest friends, she is also a wonderful therapist with years of experience - we have done corporate events, she came and worked with me in Albania last year & we offer duo massages together at The Healing Collective. Not to mention we have given each other multiple massages over the years so I know you’ll be in good hands.

Happy 2026 gang. I hope everyone has had a gorgeous festive time 🤍 We are still in a time of rest and restore, the days are still short, the trees are still bare and the animals are still hibernating so I hope the beginning of 2026 is a soft landing for you. If you fancy leaning into your self nurturing and spending an hour in this dreamy therapy room, my calendar is now open but my hours are slightly different. There are going to be some more changes coming this year, all good and exciting - all will be revealed in due time ✨
