Sunset this evening marks the Celtic new year - a sacred turning of the seasons.
A time to slow down, reflect, and gently release what we’ve outgrown.

The veil between worlds is said to be thinnest now.
It’s a moment for remembering, for rest, and for trusting that even in the darker months… light is quietly growing within us.

I’m welcoming this new cycle with ease, softness, and gratitude.

✨ I’ve had such a lovely and blessed life, but with plenty of ups and downs along the way.
If I could whisper to my younger self, I’d say:
“You are stronger than you realise, softer than you allow, and life will bring you more joy than you can imagine.”

Hugging her now with all the love and patience she always deserved. 🤍

Me - currently in that post night shift lull. Sleep deprived, weary, and anxious - trying to be creative in order to stay focused and motivated.

Some days we carry so much - worry, overstimulation, responsibility, disappointment - and we don’t even realise the weight of it until we stop.

That’s why I love energy work. It gives your nervous system the signal it’s safe to let go. Safe to exhale. Safe to feel again.

If your mind is buzzing, your body is tense, or your energy feels “off”...
You’re not broken.
You’re just carrying more than anyone sees.

You deserve to feel light again.
