📣 is underway

This week, we join more than 130 medicines regulators and health organisations across 117 countries to highlight the vital role we all play in keeping medicines and medical devices safe.

💛 Be a hashtag — if you experience a side effect, notice a device isn’t performing properly, or suspect a fake product, please report it through the MHRA’s Yellow Card scheme 👉 yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk

You don’t need to be certain about the cause — just tell us what you’ve seen. Every report helps us protect others.
