Over the past eight years, we've watched hundreds of people arrive at our retreats carrying the weight of their daily lives - the stress, the sleepless nights, the constant doing.

And we've watched them leave differently. Lighter. More grounded. With new friends and practical tools they actually use.

That's what keeps us doing this work. Not the beautiful locations (though the Lake District, Wales, Scotland, and yes, even Sicily don't hurt!). But the transformation that happens when you give yourself permission to step away.
