Our children’s yoga classes start again from Tuesday 10th September

Classes are available Tuesday & Friday 5pm - just £4.50 a class!

Suitable for children aged 4-12 years these classes incorporate movement, games, crafts and storytelling to support your child’s physical, social and emotional well-being.

🌟New class starting soon…

Recently I have had a number of enquiries about classes for older children and there are also children who have attended our yoga classes for a number of years who are transitioning to high school (or already there)

I am launching a brand new class - Teen Wellbeing Club on a Friday 6-6.45pm starting on 13th Sept at The Thrive Hive

This is a great opportunity to come together and explore well-being for our mind and body as they transition into their teen years.

I have thought about the awful event that has happened all day….I’ve only just been able to put into words some of my thoughts.

As a yoga teacher bringing children together, sharing meaningful, fun and engaging sessions is such a responsibility and huge privilege. We care deeply about the experience of every child and do everything in our power to support them and keep them safe. The awful events of today are something we never can or should have to even think about.

My heart is breaking for the children and adults involved today and I will keep them and their families in my thoughts and prayers ❤️
