🥗 KETO DIET WEIGHT LOSS RECIPE: CHICKEN AVOCADO SALAD

✨ A light, refreshing, and protein-packed salad perfect for fat loss and keeping you full for hours! Keto-friendly, low-carb, and full of flavor.

🛒 Ingredients:

2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (grilled or boiled)

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 cups mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.)

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Salt — to taste

Black pepper — to taste

Optional: 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flax seeds for extra fiber

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare the Base
Wash and pat dry the salad greens. Tear them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Cook the Chicken
If you haven’t already, cook the chicken breast. Grill or pan-sear it using olive oil until golden brown.
→ Pro tip: Don’t overcook the chicken; juicy texture makes the salad more satisfying.

Add Fresh Ingredients
Dice the avocado just before mixing to keep it fresh and green.
Slice cherry tomatoes in half for a burst of flavor and color.

Combine Everything

Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the top.

Season & Toss

Ingredients:

200g paneer (grated)

1 tbsp ghee

1 green chili (chopped)

1/2 onion (chopped)

1/2 tomato (chopped)

Salt, turmeric, red chili powder

Steps:

Heat ghee, sauté onion, chili, tomato.

Add spices & grated paneer.

Cook for 5–7 mins and enjoy hot

Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup butter (melted)
⅓ cup erythritol
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup keto-friendly chocolate chips

Steps:
Mix all ingredients into a dough.
Scoop onto parchment paper.
