Hugging trees to rebalance the root chakra 🍂🌳 🤗

I always return back to nature rebalance and ground. I speak about it a lot, try it, it works.

I felt myself feeling overwhelmed. I’d allowed myself to be triggered. That’s okay, we have all have feelings and there are layers to healing.

The journey going from maiden to mother is an amazing journey but it can be hard. Growing a human is a huge blessing but let’s not forget it can also be tiring, it can be uncontrollable and uncomfortable hormones, it’s a huge change to our body. It’s a huge change to our life. It’s beautifully weird. It’s a blessing.

Hugging my favourite tree in the whole of Liverpool always brings me back to centre (plus many other things). Connecting with nature releases happy hormones 🤍 I urge you all to go to nature when you’re feeling ‘off’. Ground, connect and enjoy 😌✨

Merry Christmas 💝

I always debate how much of my personal life I should share on this page but I couldn’t resist sharing these bump photos ❤️ next Christmas the love of my life will be in my arms 🥰

Pregnancy is far from easy, behind these photos I have felt exhausted, emotional, moody, sick but above all that I have felt nothing but gratitude and unconditional love between me and my baby boy. I am grateful for every kick and flutter, for him responding to my voice and the touch of my hands. We already have such a special bond and I am beyond grateful. The best Christmas present I could ever ask for 👶🏽

Thank you to my clients who’ve been on this journey with me so far. Thank you to everyone’s support over the past year, seeing my business grow and flourish because of you all means more than words can say. Seeing you all on your amazing healing journeys and for trusting me every step of the way has been nothing short of amazing. You have not only been allowing me to guide you but you’ve also helped me in ways I could never have imagined 💜
