We are super excited to introduce our new Physio Joe Herbert 🙌

Joe studied Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University before qualifying as a Physiotherapist at Manchester Metropolitan University with First Class Honours in 2023.

Joe has gained valuable experience both in the UK and in Australia. He has had experience treating a wide range of injuries and takes pride in his tailored, exercise-led approach to treatment, supported by his personal training background and strong understanding of biomechanics.

His sporting experience, including playing semi-professional football and completing marathons, gives him particular insight into managing and preventing sports-related injuries.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll most likely find Joe out running, keeping active or planning his next travel adventure.

Really enjoyed the RunThrough Cheshire 10k yesterday. It was a hot one! Thanks to my running partner & brother-in-law Steve! We made it to the end without collapsing! ☀️😅

It’s been a while since I last posted! With the Chester Ultra 50 this weekend & the Chester Ultra 100, Liverpool half marathon/10 miler and London marathon fast approaching, we’ve been super busy getting our runners fit to to race! 🏃🏃‍♀️👟

I am super excited to announce our newest recruit, Physiotherapist Destiny Ogbe. Having undertaken a degree with the University of Liverpool and experience of treating musculoskeletal disorders at Wirral University Hospital Trust she is a fantastic addition to the team 🤩 🙌
