TATT or "Tired All The Time" is something many of my clients present with. Once medical reasons are ruled out, there are a number of things that we work on to relieve TATT:
- time management for work and relaxation
- nutrition to provide good fuel for the body and mind
- becoming stress resiliant
- encourage a strong mindset
- movement for the body
- achieve restorative rest and sleep
The stronger you can get your body and mind, the easier you will be able to cope with the modern world, and that includes a pandemic!
