As April is autism awareness month, we couldn’t finish the month without raising awareness of ASC. Today, 15 of our members took part in an awareness walk finished with a picnic where they learnt more about autism together. It was also great to hear some of our members' own experience of living with autism. Well done to all involved! ❤️

Huge thank you to one of our lovely families who treated us all to a cake for supporting their son in The Nest. Today our young members told us how they never thought they'd make the friendships that they have, they are now getting up and have better routines every day, how they're using the breathwork to stop them getting angry when times get tough and after not being able to step into the room in week 1- theyre now coming back to speak to our next cohort of young people about their inspirational journey. We couldn't be prouder of them.
We can't wait to celebrate the end of this programme next week with them all ❤️

A brilliant atmosphere in our Strength and Conditioning class tonight. So good to see new members taking part and our regular members being so welcoming to them. Thanks to Mark and our team for putting on a great session and well done to everyone who took part ❤️

We can't explain what a huge deal this photo is. The courage it took for these young people to come through our doors for this session this morning is incredible. Having taken part intially in our Strong Minds programme, Our Nest members absolutely smashed their first Thai boxing session today, this is just the start for them and we can't wait to see them grow in confidence each week. Well done to them all. We are so proud of you ❤️ 💫

We treated our members to a trip out to enjoy Frisbee Golf in Manchester today. It was a great day with a great bunch of guys. ❤️

Another jam-packed day!
💫 We welcomed Peter Oliver OBE to Sean's Place and our Games Club, who is appointed by the King as Lord-Lieutenant of Merseyside.
💫 Some of our members also completed the Understanding Metal health accredited qualification - well done to you all!
💫 Our song group had fun performing Queen classics as well as preparing for an event later this year
💫 Finally, our Strong Minds group at Crosby High and The Nest had great sessions focusing on mindset and the impact of social media. They are looking forward to our celebration trip in a few weeks' time.

We had such an incredible day welcoming LFC legend John Barnes to Sean's Place today.
Our members heard of his iconic career as Chris Kirkland led the Q and A which ended with a hilarious story about "the" world cup rap and a performance from the man himself.
Huge thanks to our friends at Red Neighbours for arranging today. We hope all our members enjoyed it. Sean would have loved meeting John and hearing his stories today. It's still surreal that because of him, we get to create these memories for so many others. ❤️

Our cycling club didn't let the wind stop them hitting 55km on their ride today. The coffee stop was definitely the highlight, and we'll deserved too. Well done, everyone 💫

We loved having our young person's Ambadsador, Liam, join us for our Strong Minds Programme today to share his story of resilience, courage, and self belief after overcoming the unimaginable to get to where he is today. His inspirational journey is why he makes an incredible role model for our members. Thanks for joining us Liam ❤️

Our members had a great time at our Skills and Drills session today. Our service will be closed tomorrow to give our team a well-deserved break over Easter but we look forward to seeing our regular Saturday crew this weekend for a special session with one of our ambassadors Liam McCracken ❤️
