My friend Stevie asked me a while back if he could do a podcast episode with me about my struggles with mental health and how it's led to me developing my own Community Interest Company - The Stress Less Kit. I gave Reiki and Crystal healing to a dear friend last weekend 🤍 she had an incredibly profound and healing experience 💖 I am so often in awe of the experiences of my clients during their Reiki sessions. I love being a channel for universal energy. What a privilege.

I had a lovely session this morning with the lovely Year 4 class from at the beautiful Absolute Yoga, Crosby 😍 What a pleasure it is to work with and support these wonderful young people 🙏

Just LOVE running my sessions 🤍 another session with the wonderful Year 9 class this morning from 🤍 at the beautiful Absolute Yoga, Crosby 😍 we had several pupils fall asleep during our relaxation at the end of the session 😴 2 of the pupils watched last time but they both took part this time which made me so happy. One of them even came to school early and in his PE kit for the first time ever, as he really wanted to do the session. He told me he regretted not taking part last time. I am so grateful to get to work with such amazing young people and their lovely teachers ❤️

This morning was my final session with the Year 11 pupils at St John Bosco St John Bosco Arts College they've been an absolute pleasure to work with. We spoke about the power of gratitude during this session 🙏 I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with these wonderful young people 🤍

This is one of the Year 7 pupils from this mornings session, asleep under a blanket 😴 🤣 bless him 🙏 at the end of each session the participants lie down and chill. They listen to me talking them through a visualisation exercise or progressive muscle relaxation. Sleeping is sometimes the result 🤣🙌🏼

Lovedddd my session this morning with a group of Year 11 pupils at 🤍 Several pupils stayed behind after the session to ask my advice on issues they're personally facing around anxiety. I just love helping others feel less alone. They were so open, honest and courageous. Amazing young people 👏 💪💜
