I was lucky to meet a former British champion kickboxer and author John Bullock earlier this morning at Directors Box.
I am always keen to learn and develop as a professional, and it was great to be reminded to find a comfort withing the uncomfortable, as 'by stepping into a challenge, a door of opportunity opens'. I truly believe in that, and navigating those challenges shape us as people, and take us to the next level.
Loads of inspiration, and even a bit of a boxing training! (I am really into boxing🥊). Can't wait to try the Flow techniques!💥
