We’re looking for experienced carers ready to take the next step — without stepping away from care.

At Quartz Care, we’re introducing a new role: **Care Ambassador**.

This is a varied, hands-on position combining care delivery, mentoring and quality assurance across our service.

You’ll still be working in the community, but also supporting colleagues, strengthening standards and helping shape how care is delivered day to day.

This could be a great fit if you:
• Have experience in domiciliary or community care
• Take pride in delivering care properly
• Feel ready to support and guide others
• Want to grow, while staying close to the work that matters

📍 Community and office-based
💷 £28,500 per year
🕒 40 hours per week (structured rota)
