During a retreat I attended recently, one of my mindfulness teachers described our mindfulness practice as a tool to help you skillfully navigate life's experiences and that's exactly what it is for me personally 👏
Practicing mindfulness has many benefits, physically it can help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, lower blood pressure and even help with the management of physical pain in the body. It also has many other benefits such as helping aid better communication in your relationships, developing self awareness and emotional intelligence 🤓
For me, my mindfulness practice has changed, deepened and strengthened over the years to help me 'skillfully navigate life's experiences'. It has helped me on my healing journey, helped me tune into and develop my intuition, supported my emotional well being and my mental health; and I am now beginning to explore my spirituality through the practice 🧘♀️
I would like to support you on your journey, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
