Hello Beautiful Family❤️

I’m popping up today with an excited heart to share a new collaborative offering that has been quietly growing in the winter soils… and, in truth, across many lifetimes.

And there’s something about finally being able to share it that feels both tender and joyful.

Maybe you recognise that familiar soul-tiredness, that can come after so much seeking…. And at the same time, a sense that something inside you is beginning to soften

A different kind of knowing emerging — where something quieter and more honest is felt beneath the noise.

You may already know the feeling… a subtle sense that perhaps nothing more needs to be added - only recognised

A gentle laying down of what you’ve been carrying for a very long time.

Not because it was wrong —

but because, somehow, it’s complete.

Over the past months, my dear friend and fellow beautiful soul Mark Foster and I have been bringing together pieces we’ve gathering along our paths - the teachings, life experiences, growth points, questions, and quiet knowing’s that never quite left us.

And as we placed those pieces side by side, from our very different journeys, we began to see something neither of us could fully see alone.

You may already know that feeling… when things begin to make sense without needing to be explained.

As you read this, you might simply notice something in you feels curious, drawn, or quietly nudged…

That feeling is often the first sign that you are closer to the threshold than you realised.

Hiiii Family

Well I don’t know about you, but for me and I know many others it’s been a STRONG time…

A time of reflection, letting go, re-alignment and a deep calling to step forward more fully in my soul’s path and service in this lifetime

I am honoured and in all honesty it’s a big moment for me today as I share my new website, which has been many moons in the creation

I finally after many years of creating in harmony with Mother earth have a space where you can connect with my medicines, book one-to-ones and events

What an amazing event at Ullet Road Church

It was such an honour and a blessing to be part of the team for the Breath and Dance

Mae Bird weaved the most divine Sound Journey for the Breath 🎶💜

The Dance playlist weaved by DJ Didge was MAGICAL ✨️ and so many of us danced our prayers, allowed our bodies to flow and had the BEST TIME 🌈

Thank you Conscious Tribal for having me along to support the most beautiful event at the most special venue yet 💜

Wow! I've just realised I've not posted on this page since early this year!

I have been focusing much more on presence this year, in person connection and deepening my connection to mother nature and the land - and what a profound journey it's been 🌎❣🌳

Spotlight (or should I say ray of Spring sunlight ☀) on a Vibrational Frequency Essence 💜

I don't know if you've noticed the glistening cream blossoms of Prunus Spinosa - aka Blackthorn blooming? 🥰

These powerful trees support transformation on all levels and yet they are so gentle and soft in their energy in my experience.

When I sat in ceremony with this tree, it told me it's the first star of spring 🌟 And that she can support us in releasing stagnancy and in stripping back the layers to reveal our true core essence...

This deeply purifying essence has immense healing properties, helping us open up to a new and transformed way of living - essentially living life more lightly ☀

It would be an honour to share this special vibrational medicine with you. The earth is here to support us in so many ways and all we need to do is lean in and in return gratitude and respect is the blessing to her

Hey superstars 🌟

We are descending right now, into the darkness and wow am I feeling it this year - in a totally new way!

At the Solstice, which in the UK is on the 22nd (exact at 3.27am), we drop into the three days of Darkness...

Historically this was a time of slowing down, reflection & deep integration before the light returns....

This time each year it's really beneficial, despite what may be going on in the outside world, to drop into presence, into stillness, into reflection, release and visioning for your future

This period is also known as the cosmic womb space - a super powerful darkened inner space where you reawaken to your own light and sow your seeds for the times ahead 🌟

I invite you on a wintery journey of reflection with a meditative journey I have recorded today for a corporate client.

Absolutely honoured and blessed to be part of the team delivering Sacred Sister Circle Training 💕

I've known Laura Ireland for around 10 years now.... We met on a festival field at Green Gathering- and what a HUGE journey we have both be on since!

One of the key things about Laura and her work is her authenticity and truth! The way she delivers from her heart and has created a sisterhood community which truly feels good for everyone to be involved in.

Circle has been one of the biggest catalysts for growth and healing on my journey - and continues to be a huge part of my life ❤️

I wanted to take this opportunity to share the awesome team of women coming together to teach with me on this training. These women have been what I have been waiting for, for so many years, to finally say YES to those of you that have asked me for training, and now it's like the dream team have arrived.

Co-creation and collaboration are not words I used to think would be easy in my world, especially with women. There was always an edge, some competitive streak that ran through things, old wounds that surfaced, and old paradigms of past stories of bullying and self worth!

Then, as I healed, and as Sacred Sister began to move me into action, everyone just appeared in front of me. I have had the deep pleasure of connection with each of these women, and honestly, the work they do in the world and the masterclasses they will be sharing with you as part of our 5 months training, is going to be epic.
