Saturday the 18th October is Menopause Awareness Day. With more than 300 possible symptoms, the menopause is a challenging and transformative time.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring my Holistic Health and Wellbeing event (Nourish & Flourish) to life yesterday. It was a truly magical day, and the success of it is a testament to the incredible collaboration and support I received.
​First, a massive thank you to Palm House Sefton Park for providing the perfect setting. This beautiful space was the foundation of the event. The team working was wonderful as ever!
