1๏ธโฃ Poor Nutrition: Are you eating enough? Are you eating the right things? Your body NEEDS those nutrients to heal - which includes a balanced diet of carbs, protein and fats ๐ฅ๐๐ฅ๐ฅฉ๐ฅ๐
2๏ธโฃ Lack of Sleep: Are you getting enough sleep? Sleep is crucial for healing and your overall performance. Also pain feels worse when you are tired, I would aim for around 8 hours + (if your lucky ๐) a night ๐ด
3๏ธโฃ Stress: Are you feeling stressed? Itโs suggested that stress can increase muscle tension & coordination difficulties which increases your risk of further injury ๐ง ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
4๏ธโฃ Correct diagnosis/ Treatment?: If you feel that you can โ
off all of the above, Are you doing the right rehab for you? Is the diagnosis correct? Maybe seek a second opinion or show your concerns to your therapist ๐
5๏ธโฃ Consistency: Are you being consistent enough through your rehab and home exercise programme? Consistency is ๐ only you can get out what you put in ๐ฏ
