Spirea X Arguta, also known as the Foam of May, is a gorgeous ornamental plant noted for its great plumes of white flowers.

It is a dense-growing, medium-sized shrub that under favourable conditions, can be expected to grow to a height and spread of approximately 1.5-2.5 metres. It has narrow, oblong, mid-green leaves and a fusion of white blooms appearing in late April until May on the slender, arching stems.

This plant is easy to grow but should be pruned immediately after flowering.
