Join us in spreading festive joy to children who need it most!

This , Amore Complex Care is proud to support Everton in the Community's Blue Base Pantry with a toy collection to help families facing hardship across Merseyside. Every donation - big or small - can help ensure a child wakes up to a gift this Christmas.

To bring smiles to girls and boys this season, we’re collecting for:

🎁 New, boxed toys for ages 0–14
🎁 Gifts suitable for 14–18-year-olds
🎁 Unused, unopened gifts from home are also very welcome

Our donation deadline is the 15th of December - for anyone who wishes to donate, please drop off your gifts in our Evan House Amore Complex Care North West office!

Whether you’re a client, staff member, or business partner, this competition is open to you! Invite your children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to join in and share their festive creativity.

How to Enter:

📸 Take a photo of your handmade Christmas card

😊 Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) empowers our Complex Care clients to achieve their personal goals, living their best lives.

Led by our experienced PBS Lead, Jasmine Wood, our service works collaboratively with each individual, their families , support network and other professionals to develop personalised PBS plans. To do this, Jasmine and our support teams build a strong relationship with the person they are supporting. Being person-centred is all about learning our clients' likes, goals, and wishes and taking this into account when supporting behaviours of concern.

Jasmine supports our service users in their daily environments to understand what might trigger distress - helping to reduce anxiety and enable staff to respond with confidence and compassion to their needs. Within our Positive Behavioural Support Service, clients:

💙Thrive without unnecessary restriction
💙Enjoy a good quality of life with their support circle
💙Have their needs met in a safe and effective way
💙Are at the heart of our service

Our service is led by continuous improvement where Jasmine provides debriefs, evaluates lessons learned and identifies opportunities for our support staff to attend additional training. This means our clients are supported by an evolving service designed to work around them, not one they have to fit into. ✨
