Not your favourite colour.

🟠 Orange – Creative chaos. Emotion first. Charms the room but hides the real stuff.
🟢 Green – Heart led. Supportive to the end. But quietly carrying the weight of everyone else.
🔵 Blue – Deep thinker. Stares into the sky and finds meaning. Feels everything inward.

Colourology vs Personality traits - Here's the difference.

Let’s be honest, most personality tests feel like a quick hit of self-awareness… Until they don’t right? You read the result, maybe feel seen for a second, but then something in you shrugs and says “Close, but not quite.”

Because here’s the thing: You’re not a type. You’re not a number. You’re not a box waiting to be ticked. You’re a frequency. A tone. A rhythm. A whole damn composition and you weren’t meant to be categorised, you were meant to be understood.

That’s what Colourology does. It reads your energy, not your answers. It gives you a framework you can actually use, NOT just a label to carry!

True story!

You’re not here to be everyone’s cup of tea. You’re here to be your authentic self and through being your authentic self, you will attract those people who match your frequency. Some will lift you off the ground, some will put you there.

That said, if you feel the same type of people keeping popping up in your life that are no good for you, perhaps it’s time to take a deeper dive in to your own frequency to see why these types of people keep showing up.

Well then, here it is!

V3 Apparel have featured my story on their blog. Feeling nervous and excited, but very proud to find the confidence to speak my truth no less.

My purpose in sharing this is to offer hope to those who feel isolated or stuck in this world. Life can feel overwhelming at times, so my intention is to bring you some comfort and reassurance. Remember, no matter how tough things seem, they do get better as we actively work on understanding ourselves and our emotions.
