Latest newsletter. After moving through loss, heart break, grief and deep soul work it felt like a journey to the underworld. Taking some time out to focus and look after me was essential. I'm grateful to have been able to navigate through these challenges and changes and come out the other side with a renewed sense of perspective. It has inspired me to create my upcoming workshop on Friday December 12th (also known as the 12 12 Portal) Heart Activation & Breathe at Let It Be, Liverpool L8 6SE

There's a power and technology that lives within each of us. It is connected to your ability to slow down, relax, listen and journey within. It's a lifestyle choice and daily practice that reaps rich rewards. I describe it like a hidden super power that many of us hold the template for yet we can easily live out our lives having never experienced this latent potential. It takes curiosity, courage, commitment, consistency and creativity.

I'm becoming aware of some powerful insights as we move through these energies and frequencies. Especially seeing my own patterns of behaviour that have started to shift as I release the old stories that no longer serve me. It is a journey and a process that feels hard and challenging as well as light and fun. As we evolve and grow there's a lightness that activates to becomes more felt, seen and known. Through the darkness we forge the path of strength, focus, discernment and self-awareness.

The gifts of solitude. As I take my time to emerge from the quiet and inward space I've been cultivating recently I notice the level of sensitivity and insight this is bringing into my awareness and my work. Wow. The information when supporting others is more clear, precise and on point. The breakthroughs, ahas and shifts are really a gift to witness and support in those who partner with me. I trust the divine timing. Thank you beloveds for responding to this call and saying yes to you. I trust the divine timing for these kind of interventions. I'm so very grateful to be of service in this way. As I focus more on working with individuals one to one given the results we are witnessing I have a couple of slots available to work with me one this month so if you're curious or want to find out more you are most welcome to get in touch.
I'm also offering community spaces to partner with me one to one each month in June and July to make it more accessible for those who need it. It feels like I've been honouring some essential quiet time in a cocoon like space and I am slowly emerging and in doing so I am being intentional and aware of how and where I want to engage and spend my energy. So much is simply falling away and all I can do is allow it. I feel the freedom and spaciousness that this creates which feels most welcome. It isn't easy yet it feels so necessary. Heart Activations & Breathe is on this Sunday. As we move through the intensity of energy and frequency upgrade many of us are being shown what is ready to shift and lift away. It requires courage, tenacity, patience, compassion and relaxation.I've realised that learning how to relax is a game changer for navigating most challenges. Humans struggle with change + we can cultivate relaxation as a neural pathway in our brain circuitry through working with our body temple, breath and intention.

As we embrace the themes of completions, endings and letting go this month I'd love to invite you to my Heart Activations & Breathe - Letting Go workshop this Sunday 27th Aprilat at Let it Be, Liverpool L8 6SE

The ancient mind body spirit practices shared in this session nurture powerful states of physical and mental well being, harmony & wholeness.
This is also known as heart coherence 💖
As we practice breathing with intention we can access feel good hormones to boost our mental + physical wellness.
Alongside accessing higher levels of intuition, clarity, confidence, creativity, flow states and more.
No previous experience necessary.
