It feels like there's been a gentle yet subtle energy shift .What struck me about Saturday's gathering was the sheer level of courage, resilience and strength individuals garner as they go through challenges, heart break, grief and loss. They choose life, they choose to continue to evolve, grow and move forward. It inspiring and it highlightsthe importance of having safe shared spaces where we can connect, reflect, speak our truth + be heard. Being listened to is medicine.

Are you feeling it too? The hurt, the overwhelm, the heart break, the suffering. We are being bombarded non stop especially online with an overload of information that can cause us to go into tail spins. I feel the heaviness that so many are carrying inadvertently and often unconsciously which is being amplified by the current state of affairs. Our nervous systems are simply not well equipped to self-regulate amidst all of this. We will explore this further at Saturday's workshop. Last spaces.

I'm logging in to send you this email following a trip to India (over the last 4 weeks) which was inadvertently extended with the breakout of war. This has resulted in a huge number flight cancellations including mine. I am grateful to be back in Liverpool at last! I've been inspired to create a workshop this Saturday - Realign & Rise - to anchor stability and safety from within. I will be sharing some practical tools so we can support ourselves and one another at these troubling times.

We are moving through times of great change and upheaval. The mainstream narrative is focused on fear, division + polarisation. This can show up in behaviours which can make us feel overwhelmed, triggered, living in fear, exhausted and more. Learning how to relax amidst the chaos and cultivating our inner stability feels necessary. As we practice how to relax daily we can begin to receive the flow of universal life force that is here to support us no matter what. Newsletter share.

Change as a choice. This is the message I received from my morning practice. I notice how we sometimes keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result. Creating change in our lives takes intention, commitment, consistency and practice. Having accountability and support is also invaluable. As you move through this last week of January what (if anything) feels like it needs to change so that you can move forward with more ease, clarity and grace?

Lifting the pressure off. There's a shift and we are currently being supported to take the pressure off. I made a short video about this. Can you feel it too? A reminder if you would like to join us this Thursday Jan 22nd - for Intuition Tuning In as we give ourselves permission to take the pressure off. We each have an innate knowing that lives in the essence of our being. When we let ourselves by guided by our intuition on a daily basis life can often feel more effortless + easier.

As we move through the first weeks of January I can feel the weight of old stories and identities literally melting away. This is an opportune time to reset, release and receive. As we unburden ourselves of the stories, identities and attachments that have played their part and can not move forward with us as we embrace being the most authentic version of ourselves. We had a nourishing uplifting gathering for 1111 Portal on Sunday January 11th which really supported us with this.

Easing into January. I'm noticing my need to slow down + rest. Today we have a Super Full Moon (Jan 3rd) which is illuminating our past and may bring some memories about our childhood experiences to the surface. As I continue with this theme of letting go and unburdening myself I felt inspired to create to some events to support you to ease yourself into this new calendar year feeling more energised, light and empowered.
