Random Acts of Kindness Day at HCL 💛

A few weeks ago, during one of our visits, Pat mentioned how much she missed having fish and chips as a treat. So today, for Random Acts of Kindness Day, our HCL office team decided to make it happen and deliver some happiness straight to her door.

Pat was absolutely thrilled with her surprise and described us as “fandabidozi” a compliment we’ll treasure! 🥰

In domiciliary care, it’s the little things that often mean the most. Going above and beyond isn’t just something we do — it’s who we are. Acts of kindness, big or small, help brighten someone’s day and remind our service users that they are valued, seen and cared for.
