Doing hard things is worth it… especially when you give your body the fuel it needs to perform πŸ’ͺπŸ₯―🍯

Today, I hit a lifetime 10K PB (with no specific training) thanks to proper prep and some northern grit:

1 hour pre run:

Bagel + jam + honey= 60g carbs

Marchon fuel bar = 30g carbs

=

Total= 100g carbs

+Marchon pre-workout

6k into the 10k= 30g carb chews to fuel the last stretch. πŸ’―

Could I have done it without carbs? No chance. Fueling isn’t optional when you want to smash your goals.

Doing hard things and fuelling right = Unstoppable
