CT6 2.0 Finale ✅️

You get out what you put in, and that goes for anything and everything in life.

For now, I just want to say how proud I am of your trust, your questions, your loyalty, and your results.

We will celebrate the results across the next few weeks because these are real-life people, with full-time jobs, real-life sh%t going on, who wanted to be better and put themselves first.

And they absolutely did!

Over 35kg of body fat lost in that room alone. And we have people across the country who couldn't make it today for obvious reasons.

Job satisfaction 🔓 ✅️

Doing hard things is worth it… especially when you give your body the fuel it needs to perform 💪🥯🍯

Today, I hit a lifetime 10K PB (with no specific training) thanks to proper prep and some northern grit:

1 hour pre run:

Bagel + jam + honey= 60g carbs

Marchon fuel bar = 30g carbs

=

Total= 100g carbs

+Marchon pre-workout

6k into the 10k= 30g carb chews to fuel the last stretch. 💯

Could I have done it without carbs? No chance. Fueling isn’t optional when you want to smash your goals.

Doing hard things and fuelling right = Unstoppable
