Currently hiring - Care Coordinator ❗

We are currently hiring for a Care Coordinator at our head office at the Liverpool Innovation Park, Edge Lane, Liverpool.

This role will involve reviewing defined geographical workforce capacity to maximise available frontline resources, monitoring staff performance and managing the current combined staff team in providing support to customers. As well as ensuring care workers are provided at all times with appropriate, accurate and timely, information/guidance to enable them to safely provide care and support as agreed within the individual care plan.

Here are the details:
▶️ Full-time position.
▶️ Applicant should possess a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to complete this.
▶️ Experience in a domiciliary care environment is desirable.
