You’ve had the scans. They say “nothing’s wrong.” But the pain’s still real. That deep, nervy grip that doesn’t let go.

Here’s why: fascia doesn’t show up on MRI.

Fascia is the body’s wrapping tissue. It surrounds muscles, nerves, and organs. When it sticks or hardens, it can tug on nerves—even when everything else looks fine.

If stretching makes it worse, or your back locks by evening, you might be missing what’s really stuck.

Here’s how to ease it gently.

1. Stop chasing muscles. It’s the fascia holding tight.
Muscles move. Fascia binds. When it grips, it can trap nerves and confuse the body into pain.
👉 Try this: Use a soft silicone tool to glide over tight areas like the outer thigh. 30 seconds. Move slow and steady.

2. Your breath unlocks the release.
If your body feels unsafe, it won’t let go—no matter what tool you use.
👉 Match your gliding with breath: inhale for 4, exhale for 6. This calms the nervous system so the tissue can soften.

3. Reset the skin’s messages.
Once you’ve glided, your skin needs a clear signal that the threat is gone.
👉 Use an open palm to gently brush the area for 30 seconds. Think feather-light. This helps rewrite the pain loop in your brain.

You don’t need pressure to fix pain. You need safety, breath, and slow, steady contact.

Comment FIX to book an appointment for cupping and acupuncture with Liverpool Acupuncture Clinic, so you can move without nerve pain that doesn’t “show up on scans.”

Ever feel flat, foggy, and disconnected from your cycle—even when you’re doing all the right things? 🤍

It might not be your mood. It might be inflammation quietly interfering with how your body makes serotonin 💭

✨ Serotonin helps you feel calm, keeps your sleep steady 😴, and supports ovulation 🌸
But when your body senses low-grade inflammation 🔥, it sends tryptophan (a building block for serotonin) down a different path.

Less serotonin means more than low mood. It can mean disrupted ovulation, poor sleep, and feeling like your body is out of rhythm ⚖️

Here’s how this cycle shows up—and how we help support it:

→ 🌿 Your body redirects tryptophan
When there’s inflammation, your body pulls tryptophan away from its normal job. Instead of making serotonin, it gets used in a stress pathway—which affects mood, sleep, and hormone signals.

→ 🌸 Ovaries need serotonin to stay on track
Serotonin isn’t just for your brain 🧠. It helps your ovaries develop follicles and time ovulation. Without it, cycles go quiet or off-rhythm.

→ 🪷 We use touch and needles to gently reset
With calm abdominal work and precise acupuncture along the chest and belly, we help restore nervous system tone 💆‍♀️ and reduce that silent inflammation. This supports your natural serotonin pathway.

→ 💞 You can try a mini reset at home
Place one hand on your chest, one over your womb.
🌬️ Breathe in for 4, out for 6.
Circle your lower hand gently while breathing.
Then tap the centre of your chest for 10 seconds.

A small step, but powerful 🌕
Your system listens when you ask kindly.

💫 Comment FIX, and I’ll send you the link to book Fertility Acupuncture—so you can restore mood, cycle rhythm, and emotional vitality at the same time.

✨ Did you know Acupuncture can even help with hiccups? ✨

Hiccups happen when the diaphragm contracts involuntarily, often triggered by stress, eating too quickly, or even digestive imbalance. 🫁🍽️

Acupuncture works by calming the diaphragm, restoring balance in the nervous system, and soothing digestion — helping those hiccups melt away naturally. 🌿✨

So next time hiccups won’t quit, remember: your body has natural ways to find relief. 💆‍♀️🪡

Your glow might not be missing—it might just be hiding behind stress.Even with good sleep and skincare, your face can still look tired if blood flow isn’t reaching the surface. When we’re under chronic stress, the body reroutes blood to protect vital organs. That means less oxygen and fewer nutrients get to the skin, especially through tiny facial vessels called micro-capillaries.These are small blood pathways just under the skin.

When stress tightens them, your glow can fade, and puffiness or dull tone shows up.Your products can’t fix what stress has closed off.Try this gentle 3-step sequence to wake up your skin from the inside:

🟢 Tap lightly alongside your nose and across your cheekbones for 60 seconds. Like a soft drumbeat, not a rub.
🟢 Inhale for 4, exhale for 8. The longer exhale helps calm your nervous system.
🟢 Place both palms gently over your cheeks. Hold still for 30 seconds. Warmth and stillness help your skin feel safe again. 💆🏼‍♀️

This simple rhythm helps reopen those tiny vessels using the body’s own feedback systems—breath, touch, and calm 😌 . You’re not forcing change. You’re inviting it. ✨

Over time, many clients notice less tension, brighter skin tone, and less puffiness after combining this with facial acupuncture or facial cupping.DM FIX to get the link to Facial Acupuncture or Facial Cupping from our clinic so you can restore oxygen flow, reduce puffiness, and bring vibrancy back—naturally ✨🙏

🌀 Moxibustion for Breech Babies? It’s Real – and Backed by Tradition + Science!

Did you know that a gentle traditional therapy called moxibustion can help turn a breech baby?

✨ Moxibustion is a heat therapy from Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves burning a herb called mugwort near specific acupuncture points—most commonly BL67, located near the pinky toe.

🌬️ The warming stimulation helps:
➡️ Relax the uterus
➡️ Encourage optimal fetal movement
➡️ Increase baby’s activity
➡️ Create space for the baby to turn head-down

🔄 Studies have shown moxibustion—especially when combined with acupuncture or posture exercises—can significantly increase the chances of a breech baby turning naturally before 37 weeks.

💆‍♀️ Safe, non-invasive, and calming—moxibustion is often used between weeks 33–36 of pregnancy.

📍 Always consult a qualified practitioner and your healthcare provider before starting moxibustion.

💫 Nature has a way. Sometimes, it just needs a little nudge.
