From April 2026, Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) will become payable from day one of sickness absence 📢

Currently, there is a three-day waiting period, with SSP paid on the fourth day of absence.

Through our partnership with More Trees by THG Eco, we’ve supported a mangrove restoration project in Mombasa, Kenya 🌱

This project helps to restore vital ecosystems while empowering local communities with the work and resources needed to break the cycle of poverty in the region.

Our recent planting will capture an estimated 117.65 tonnes of CO₂, equivalent to approximately 435,740 miles driven by a diesel car.

Alongside our paperless HR and H&S solutions, we believe it is essential to contribute further to environmental sustainability and protection through this tree planting initiative.
