❗New requirement to keep holiday records for 6 years ❗
From 6th April, employers are now legally required to maintain holiday records for at least six years.
This includes details of:
✅ Annual leave taken
✅ Leave carried over from previous years
✅ Holiday pay received
✅ Payments made in lieu of untaken leave
✅ What is included in holiday pay, such as bonuses or commission
