Our Story
We pride ourselves on being an evidence-based practise. Our client base is made up of a variety of semi-professional and amateur athletes as well as people from a non-sporting background whose physical issues are often as a result of their occupation. Treatments are undertaken following a sound assessment which provides the best foundation for pain-relief and long term solutions. Education is a key part of this process for both therapist and client and we strive to stay at the cutting edge of knowledge by actively being well read on recent publications and regularly partaking in continuous professional development.
