Our client Elliot has smashed a year of consistent training with his PT .abs.pt, and the results achieved are fantastic.

Elliot dropped a massive 11kg (24lbs), reached his ideal bodyweight and completely transformed his physique, losing significant body fat while building quality lean muscle. The results speak for themselves.
