Week 18. Third dose of 7.5 mg. Twenty-four and a half percent of my body weight gone. I should be dancing on a table somewhere, but instead I’m standing on the plateau of diminishing returns, staring into the distance and wondering, “What now?” Things have slowed down. The scale, once my favourite morning companion, now greets me with all the enthusiasm of a teenager asked to do the washing up....
