Never hesitate to ask for a silent appointment.

Whether you’re anxious, tired, mentally drained or just want to avoid small talk or conversation and have some quiet time.

There will be no judgement, there never is.

Regardless of your reason for wanting a silent appointment, you are always encouraged to use this option.

Everyone is different with what they like and what they need during a treatment time. Some people find comfort in talking and that’s fine and some people would rather chill. Either way you doo you don’t feel pressure to talk, I know I can talk the face off someone so here’s a great opportunity to shut me up 😂🤠
