What a journey these past two weekends have been. Over twenty powerful souls came together, each one deeply committed to their healing, growth, and expansion.

Together we explored distorted energetic patterns, learning to recognise how they manifest through the body, emotions, and field.
This was an advanced space-holding immersion, guiding us through the soil reintegration pathway, the descent back into the body, the Earth, and the truth of who we are. 🌍

It’s been deeply moving to witness everyone’s vulnerability, willingness, and raw honesty throughout this process. Each person showing up fully, meeting their shadows with love, their stories with compassion, and each other with such deep respect.

Under the guidance of my dear brother Lewis Powell, we were introduced to the science and spirit of soul retrieval learning how to safely journey into the unseen to bring back lost fragments of the self, the parts that long to return home.

We were also supported by traditional Amazonian plant medicines Sananga, Nunu, and Hapé each one a sacred teacher helping us to clear, open, and reconnect more deeply with the body and the spirit of the Earth. 🌿

These weekends have reminded me again of the power of community and the sacredness of this work.
When we gather with pure intent, healing ripples far beyond the room into the land, our lineages, and the collective heart. 💫

Gratitude to every soul who stepped into this container, to Lewis for sharing his grounded wisdom, to Dasha for her gentle strength and support, and to the unseen forces guiding our way.

Today’s Kambo session was a powerful reminder of just how deep this work can go. When we take the time before a treatment to really tune in, to pinpoint the triggers, the memories, and the old stories still echoing through the body something incredible happens.

💫 Once we can see where it all began, the energy starts to shift.

Awareness itself is medicine.

This morning, my client was ready to go there, to trace the pattern back to its root, to face the discomfort, and to finally see it for what it was. It wasn’t easy, it was deep, raw, and at times painful but as the light of understanding came in, the hold it had began to dissolve.

That’s the beauty of this work.
Kambo doesn’t just clear toxins from the body, it clears the energetic imprints that keep us looping in old cycles.
When we bring compassion, awareness, and courage into the process, we give ourselves permission to let go once and for all.

This work never ceases to amaze me. Each session reveals another layer of unravelling, showing us that many of these patterns didn’t begin with us.
They’re often inherited, passed down through generations, absorbed in childhood, or carried through the ancestral lines. When we bring them into the light with love and understanding, we begin to set ourselves and our lineage, free.

✨ Healing begins the moment we stop running from what hurts and instead allow it to be seen, felt, and released.

For so many years, I lived in a world that glorified doing, pushing myself to the edge, constantly striving for more. I know this pattern well. During my years at Everton, I poured everything into my work, raising hundreds of thousands for charity, organising large scale events, building community, running marathons and half-marathons, climbing mountains always chasing the next milestone.

Yet no matter how much money I raised, how fast I ran, or how many medals I earned it was never enough. There was always another goal, another mountain to climb, another way to prove my worth.

That relentless striving came from a deep belief that my value was tied to my output. That being still somehow meant I was falling behind.

But healing has been teaching me a new way, a softer, slower, wiser rhythm. 🌿

When we go through deep healing whether through Kambo or any other modality, there’s an energetic rewiring that happens beneath the surface. Old patterns dissolve, cellular memories release, and light begins to fill the spaces once held by pain.

But here’s the part most people overlook: the integration.
Integration is where the real healing lands.
It’s where the body and energy field reassemble in harmony, where the nervous system learns a new baseline of safety, and where the soul anchors the lessons from the experience.

This is the in-between space, the pause where everything you’ve shifted begins to take root.
It can look like fatigue, stillness, emotional release, or simply the desire to rest and be alone.
It’s not regression, it’s recalibration.

Rest after healing isn’t indulgence, it’s sacred necessity.
It’s the bridge between the ceremony and the embodiment.
Between insight and transformation.
Between knowing and becoming.

I’m only just beginning to truly honour this art, to see that the pause is the medicine.

Yesterday’s Kambo session with Ste was deeply powerful. 🙏💚

I want to take a moment to acknowledge Ste’s courage and strength for showing up for himself and for this work. It takes real heart to sit with the medicine, to face what arises, and to trust the process of release and renewal.

While many men are stepping forward to do this healing work and it’s truly inspiring to witness, each journey is unique, and Ste’s openness, humility, and willingness to surrender were truly admirable.

Thank you, Ste, for allowing me to hold space for your transformation.

✨ Family Constellations work continues to amaze me. Each time I step into the Field, I am reminded of just how deeply connected we all are. The parts I have represented in recent constellations have been mirrors of my own story, as though the collective is always finding ways to show me what is ready to be seen, felt, and healed.

Family Constellations reveal the hidden threads that weave through generations, the unspoken, the unacknowledged, the unresolved. When these dynamics are brought to light, something profound shifts: love begins to flow where it was once blocked, burdens can finally be handed back, and we remember our rightful place in the, family soul.

It’s never just “someone else’s” story… it’s our story. The Field speaks to us all, inviting us to see with new eyes, honour with new depth, and open to the healing that belongs not only to ourselves but to those who came before and those who come after.

🐸 On Friday I had the honour of holding space for my dear sister Kelita as she stepped courageously into her second treatment of her Lunar Cycle.

Nine gates were placed on the left side of her chest, exactly where she had been carrying a deep weight of trapped energy. What unfolded was one of the most extraordinary releases I have ever witnessed in my five years with this sacred medicine.

Kambo asks one thing of us, surrender and trust. When we soften, let go, and allow the medicine to work, its intelligence knows exactly where to go. In this treatment, I witnessed lifetimes of grief and pain being cleared from the cellular memory, a deep unwinding that words can barely touch.

And something shifted in me too. The level of trust I had to lean into, and the strength it required to hold her as she went through the depths of this process, was profound. Sitting in that intensity reminded me once again how divinely guided this work is, and how sacred it is to serve as a vessel for it.

Kelita’s courage to surrender so completely was awe-inspiring, she is already such a beacon of light, and to witness her deepen even further into her truth was truly moving. This is the power of sisterhood, when one of us goes deep, it ripples through us all, reminding us of the healing that’s possible when we walk this path together. 🌿✨

🌸 One of my favourites, the hydrangea is a gentle teacher of transformation. Its blossoms shift in colour depending on the soil it grows in, reminding us of our own ability to adapt, soften, and flourish in changing conditions.

It carries the vibration of gratitude and heartfelt emotion, opening the heart to both giving and receiving love. Its full, rounded blooms reflect abundance, while its delicate petals whisper of the strength found in softness.

There is a mystical feminine energy within this flower, a reminder to embrace intuition, grace, and receptivity. Hydrangea also speaks of cleansing and release, helping us clear the waters of old emotion and step into renewal.

🐸 Yesterday I had the honour of serving my sister and fellow Rainbow Warrior with the sacred frog medicine.

Each time we meet the frog, it brings exactly what is needed, not always what we expect. This session was about intention, trust and surrender. The purge didn’t come easily at first, and that in itself was the teaching… sometimes when release feels delayed, the medicine is asking us to be present with what is there, to breathe, and to listen more deeply, Kel I applaud you for your courage through this process, handled with grace as always.

Kambo has its own intelligence. It knows where to go, what to clear, and it will always give you exactly what you need. It is never just about the physical release, it’s the deep remembering that we are supported, that we can let go, and that clarity always follows the storm.

I am so proud of my sister’s courage and her commitment to this 3-session journey. The frog works layer by layer, and it is through intention and surrender that the true cleansing happens, and I’m super excited to see what will unfold for her after her lunar cleanse.

🌿 Today, reflecting on this full moon and total lunar eclipse, I’ve been in a quiet space, holding still, keeping a low profile, and giving myself the space to listen to the parts of me that usually stay hidden, the wounded adolescent, the perfectionist, the one who fears rejection, the part that carries the weight of Nil Satis Nisi Optimum, that everything must be the best, and that others should measure up too.

I’ve been digging deep with the teachings of don Miguel Ruiz and The Mastery of Self, tuning into the voices within. The parasite, the critical voice pointing out flaws, shortcomings, and mistakes has been present. And alongside it, the ally, the voice that offers encouragement, guidance, and gentle support, has been quietly showing me the way. Sitting with both, letting them speak, and allowing myself to hear without judgment has been a practice of care and curiosity.

With these teachings and the work with Family Constellations, has made all the difference. In the shared space, these patterns and behaviours can be truly seen, witnessed, and gently released. The hidden parts of myself are acknowledged, the old expectations softened, and space is made for integration, freedom, and deeper self-awareness.

This is where I’ve been, quietly listening, witnessing, and learning to meet myself with patience, compassion, and acceptance.

🌿 Intention for this Full Moon and Total Eclipse- I release old patterns and expectations that no longer serve me, embracing my inner guidance and the balance between my critical and encouraging voices. I open fully to clarity, integration, and the freedom to simply be. And so it is.
