Taking a little time to reflect on the recent Winter Great Goddess Gathering that took place a couple of weeks ago, held in the beautiful and sacred surroundings of Ullet Road Church. 🌹

There was something so potent about witnessing women come together in the depth of winter, wrapped in the glow of the log fire, candlelight, music, and an atmosphere that felt warm, ancient, and deeply nourishing. The whole space seemed to hold us in a way that was both grounding and otherworldly. 🔥

One of the most powerful moments of the day was the Web of Womban ceremony, an ancient ritual where everyone honoured themselves, each other, the women who came before them, and the ancestral lines that walk with us. To witness that level of connection and remembrance was truly something special. ❤️

And a deep gratitude to for birthing this gathering and bringing us all together again during these potent times. This path can feel lonely at moments, but spaces like this remind us that we are held, supported, and never truly walking alone. 🥰

Feeling grateful to have been there, to have witnessed it, and to be sharing these moments from such a beautiful day. Already looking forward to the Summer Gathering. ❄️🤍✨

It’s funny what the universe places in front of us sometimes, situations that feel uncomfortable or challenging, yet hold exactly what we need for our highest good.

When we’re in it, it’s easy to react, to judge, to look for somewhere to place the blame. But when we step back, the bigger picture becomes clearer,
everything rising is guiding us, shaping us, and helping us grow.

Moving through the discomfort is where the real alchemy happens. It’s where we soften the edges, release the stories, and remember that nothing is working against us, it’s all working for us.

Even the moments that stretch us are part of our greatest and highest good.
The universe isn’t trying to break us… it’s trying to show us something. And when we lean in, instead of resisting, everything starts to make sense in its own time.

And the purging continues, breathe, Carena, you are growing, evolving, these are just growing pains.. lol

I’ve been quiet in here for a while… trying to take a step back, to breathe, to find my footing again. And in that space, so much has risen to the surface.

The patterns. The over-giving.
The imbalance that has lived so deeply in my body it felt like part of who I was.

I’ve spoken about this before, and it’s clear it’s an ongoing journey, one that keeps circling back, asking to be looked at again and again. These patterns don’t unravel overnight, and every time they rise, they reveal another layer, another truth, another chance to shift something that’s been woven in so deeply.

It’s uncomfortable when the people around you start reflecting things back, subtly pointing out what you’ve normalised for years. And even when you’ve known it deep down, really seeing it lands in a different way.

It’s hard to change who you’ve always been, the strong one, the giver, the one who pours until empty. But I’m realising now that so much of this isn’t “me” at all…

It’s old.
Inherited.
Ancestral.
A pattern of martyrdom and self-abandonment that has been passed down and lived out through generations.

And at the centre of it all is self-worth.
Because until I value myself the way I value everyone else, I’ll stay stuck in the same cycle, choosing others over me, giving without receiving, calling it love, when really it’s a wound.

These past weeks have brought all of this up with force, the mirrors, the shadow, the shaky moments where I didn’t feel safe, where the rug felt like it was pulled from beneath me, and I had to soften enough to ask for help.

And I’m grateful for every single part of it.

So here is my vow to myself-
To break these patterns.
To choose myself without guilt.
To honour my energy, my boundaries, and my worth.
To stop abandoning myself in the name of love.
To give from fullness, not depletion.
To step out of the old roles my lineage lived through.

And to my ancestors, to the ones who came before me-
What was yours ends with me. What is mine, I take back with love.

I am alchemising these parts.
I am reclaiming myself.
And I am truly, deeply grateful for what this chapter has revealed.

and I can feel in my whole body how needed this one is. 🌹

The Winter Edition of the Great Goddess Gathering is arriving at the perfect moment, a space to come home to ourselves and each other as the season draws us inward. 🔥

Life has been intense for so many of us lately… the deep dives, the shifts, the purging, the feeling of the collective moving through something huge. And more than ever, I’m reminded of the power of women coming together with intention, honesty and heart. ❤️

These spaces are medicine.
They soften us. Hold us.
Bring us back into connection, warmth and remembrance. ✨

Today’s Kambo session was a powerful reminder of just how deep this work can go. When we take the time before a treatment to really tune in, to pinpoint the triggers, the memories, and the old stories still echoing through the body something incredible happens.

💫 Once we can see where it all began, the energy starts to shift.

Awareness itself is medicine.

This morning, my client was ready to go there, to trace the pattern back to its root, to face the discomfort, and to finally see it for what it was. It wasn’t easy, it was deep, raw, and at times painful but as the light of understanding came in, the hold it had began to dissolve.

That’s the beauty of this work.
Kambo doesn’t just clear toxins from the body, it clears the energetic imprints that keep us looping in old cycles.
When we bring compassion, awareness, and courage into the process, we give ourselves permission to let go once and for all.

This work never ceases to amaze me. Each session reveals another layer of unravelling, showing us that many of these patterns didn’t begin with us.
They’re often inherited, passed down through generations, absorbed in childhood, or carried through the ancestral lines. When we bring them into the light with love and understanding, we begin to set ourselves and our lineage, free.

✨ Healing begins the moment we stop running from what hurts and instead allow it to be seen, felt, and released.

For so many years, I lived in a world that glorified doing, pushing myself to the edge, constantly striving for more. I know this pattern well. During my years at Everton, I poured everything into my work, raising hundreds of thousands for charity, organising large scale events, building community, running marathons and half-marathons, climbing mountains always chasing the next milestone.

Yet no matter how much money I raised, how fast I ran, or how many medals I earned it was never enough. There was always another goal, another mountain to climb, another way to prove my worth.

That relentless striving came from a deep belief that my value was tied to my output. That being still somehow meant I was falling behind.

But healing has been teaching me a new way, a softer, slower, wiser rhythm. 🌿

When we go through deep healing whether through Kambo or any other modality, there’s an energetic rewiring that happens beneath the surface. Old patterns dissolve, cellular memories release, and light begins to fill the spaces once held by pain.

But here’s the part most people overlook: the integration.
Integration is where the real healing lands.
It’s where the body and energy field reassemble in harmony, where the nervous system learns a new baseline of safety, and where the soul anchors the lessons from the experience.

This is the in-between space, the pause where everything you’ve shifted begins to take root.
It can look like fatigue, stillness, emotional release, or simply the desire to rest and be alone.
It’s not regression, it’s recalibration.

Rest after healing isn’t indulgence, it’s sacred necessity.
It’s the bridge between the ceremony and the embodiment.
Between insight and transformation.
Between knowing and becoming.

I’m only just beginning to truly honour this art, to see that the pause is the medicine.

✨ The art of rest is the art of integration and this is where the healing truly happens. ✨

Yesterday’s Kambo session with Ste was deeply powerful. 🙏💚

I want to take a moment to acknowledge Ste’s courage and strength for showing up for himself and for this work. It takes real heart to sit with the medicine, to face what arises, and to trust the process of release and renewal.

While many men are stepping forward to do this healing work and it’s truly inspiring to witness, each journey is unique, and Ste’s openness, humility, and willingness to surrender were truly admirable.

Thank you, Ste, for allowing me to hold space for your transformation.
This is what it means to meet yourself at the level of the soul. 🌿💚

✨ Family Constellations work continues to amaze me. Each time I step into the Field, I am reminded of just how deeply connected we all are. The parts I have represented in recent constellations have been mirrors of my own story, as though the collective is always finding ways to show me what is ready to be seen, felt, and healed.

Family Constellations reveal the hidden threads that weave through generations, the unspoken, the unacknowledged, the unresolved. When these dynamics are brought to light, something profound shifts: love begins to flow where it was once blocked, burdens can finally be handed back, and we remember our rightful place in the, family soul.

It’s never just “someone else’s” story… it’s our story. The Field speaks to us all, inviting us to see with new eyes, honour with new depth, and open to the healing that belongs not only to ourselves but to those who came before and those who come after.

🌿 I am deeply grateful for this path, for the mirrors, and for the healing it continues to bring.
