If you are not sure where to find Shopmobility, this photograph may help.

Our lovely customer is heading towards Q Park's Strand Street car (Shopmobility is situated inside the car park, on the 3rd level, which is ground level for easy access to the shops).

In the distance you can just make out the Royal Albert Dock.

On the opposite side, you can see the Hilton Hotel.

At the time of the photograph being taken Shopmobility was right next door to Bill's Cafe, this has changed to us being next door to Byron's Burgers

When you hire a mobility scooter, electric wheelchair or manual wheelchair you receive DOUBLE LOYALTY CARD POINTS*

If you don't have a loyalty card already, please ask for one.

* If your hire is extended (for more than one day), the offer is for the first day only.

If you would like to hire our equipment, please remember that if you are hiring for the very first time, you will need 2 forms of identification, one should be as proof of current address and the other should be photographic.

The identification will be photocopied and handed back to you.

Forms of identification required:-

Photographic - bus pass or passport or driving license.
Current address - driving license or letter or utility bill or prescription.

All new customers must have short "driving test" on our premises.
