We would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year 🍾 🪅 🥳 2026 is a 1 year - new beginnings so tonight, release that **** let it all go as its your 9 year cycles, endings 😊

We will be back open Friday 9th January and Carmen's free workshops will start again Tuesday 13th January at 10.30am, we will update what each workshop will be but January will be about detoxing the body and using herbs that aid your body 🌿

Each week we will add which moon we are in and give a little information on this.

We will start adding products in the shop

And come Spring we are looking to start our wellbeing days and in 2026 our retreats will begin 😊

We have a therapy room for hire, all looks lovely come and see 👀

Just to let everybody know the holistic shop and apothecary will be closed on Saturday 30th August to Tuesday 2nd September but will be reopen on Friday 5th September

There are 11 of us travelling off to Glastonbury for a few days and we are really looking forward to it ❤️

This Saturday 5th July our apothecary and holistic shop will be closed due to work being done on site

Thanks to the kind support of Tarmac we will be having the ground outside of the shop area tarmacked.

Tarmac have been amazing and supported us throughout our time at Court Hey, making the ground safe and also site more accessible ❤️

We will be back open Tuesday 8th July and Carmen's free workshop will be 10am as usual

This Tuesday coming Carmen's free 15 minute workshop will be on Yoni Steams for all you women out there ❤️ 👑

Starts at 10am but come down between 9.45am to 9.55am and grab yourself some free refreshments

For the men .....

Don't worry we have not forgot how important your health is too and the following Tuesday 6th May Carmen's talk will be on prostrate

We are finding men are enjoying the workshops as well as the women and are going to provide workshops for both men and women. We have chose the workshops till the end of May now by speaking with the community and the break down on workshops are as follows

Carmen runs free 15 minute workshops every Tuesday at 10am

Why only 15 minutes?

15 minutes gives you enough information and shows you how little time you need to bring these healthy ways into your busy schedual and it shows you how simple it is

Each Tuesday will have a different workshop, concentrating on all the healing benefits of one herb or on a health concern sich as gut, digestion, menapause, insomnia, anxiety etc and going through the herbs and foods that will benefit it.

We will run a poll next week on some options and Carmen will start running the 15 minute workshops on the one most requested.

We've had a lot of requests to video and upload these workshops on to here. We're happy to start doing this but..... 😊 we are looking for someone to volunteer to video these and help us with social media, perhaps even our website. Neither me or Carmen are IT savy

We'd be looking for someone who knows how to do this and has the passion and love for the role
