I've created this page to share some of the many things I've learned about Reiki, Healing Code, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy, personal and business coaching and other personal development related information, over the first 40 or so years of my life. I've been interested in self development since my early 20's, having been very shy and bullied in my younger years. The gradual transformation I experienced was life changing for me. I've trained and qualified as a Reiki Second Degree Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, Master Hypnotherapist, Master Time Line Therapist, Master NLP Coach, and also studied "The Healing Code" .Each of these things has helped me through challenging times, and in my overall journey to overcome past events and become stronger again. I use a combination of the above, and other methods, to also now help others to improve their life and relationships with others and with themselves.
