Starting in the gym can feel intimidating.
Walking into a space where you think everyone knows what they’re doing, looks a certain way, or belongs there more than you do.
Let me be really clear about something 👇
You do not need to be fit to start.
You don’t need confidence, motivation, matching gym sets, or a “before” photo that makes you hate yourself.
You just need a starting point.
When you train with me, you’re not thrown in at the deep end or expected to keep up with anyone else. Everything is built around you ☺️ your body, your headspace, your lifestyle, your past experiences with fitness (good or bad).
That might look like:
• Learning the basics properly, without judgement
• Building strength at a pace that feels safe and sustainable
• Improving confidence, not just physically but mentally
• Fat loss that doesn’t rely on punishment or restriction
• A gym environment where you’re supported, not scrutinised
You’ll see people of all abilities in here. Different ages, different bodies, different goals. No egos. No pressure. Just people showing up and doing what they can that day.
I coach strength because it changes more than just how you look.
It builds resilience, self-trust, confidence, and a feeling of “I can do hard things” that carries into the rest of your life.
