We offer one to one consultations in person or virtually; whether this be a phone call or Zoom, whatever suits you.
We can get products to YOU! We now offer deliveries, so there can be no excuses! We know how difficult it can be sometimes to keep appointments in our busy lives, so now we can come to you!

Together we will be able to offer all the expertise of 15 years at the One to One Diet, and we will be as accommodating and flexible as we can in order for you all to succeed and get to your goals.

I've celebrated my 70th birthday this weekend 🎂 (can't get the balloon no's to stay straight! )
I lost 3 stone and have maintained for 14 years, been through the usual 'ladies' problems!!! have Arthritis particularly bad in my hips and still maintaining my 3 stone loss and I feel great! Few aches and pains but imagine how bad it would be if I was still carrying that 3 or possible more stones around 🤔
So age, hormones, not able to exercise not a problem with the amazing
1:1 Diet by Cambridge !!!!
