Ask yourself what do you want to do & why do you want to do it

This is simply the first thing you need to delve in to before you do anything in your life

More importantly than WHAT, is WHY?

Because without your WHY. Your WHAT is worthless

I first starting walking in to a gym at 17 years old.

At the time (as cringey as this sounds) I was sick of being the small kid, feeling like I had no presence in a room, everyone taller, bigger & stronger than me

On top of the fact I wanted to impress girls🤦🏽‍♂️

But that got me to the gym

Not only did it get me to the gym, it kept me there.

When things got tough, when I couldn’t be arsed anymore, I always thought about how I would feel when despite being the small one, I’d be the one in shape, looking great & therefore feeling great in the process

Fast forward 10+ years

I couldn’t give a s**t about any of that anymore

Now it’s simply my KIDS

Being in shape makes me a better person, a happier person & a stronger person, which reflects on my kids

So again, when I’m tired, sad, can’t be arsed. I always think of my WHY.

& because my WHY means so much to me

That WHY always prevails

So before you decide to jump back in to the gym this week

Ask yourself WHY…

Why do you want to be in shape, why do you want to feel fitter & healthier

& the cringey WHY that I felt I had many years ago, may be the exact same WHY for you right now

But ultimately, it never really matters what that WHY really is

Just that if it truly, truly means a lot to you

WHY will always prevail

To build the consistency you need to succeed in whatever it is you want to achieve…

Take a look at this 👀

40lbs + gone…

April this year, he would have never imagined he’d be walking in to 2024 in the best shape of his life 🔥

But that has very quickly become a reality

Which is a testament to the hard work & dedication of Andy

We focused on multiple aspects of his life

How do you incorporate alcohol in your lifestyle without developing a gut 🍻

You love a bevvy, but you find it’s just making you feel like sh*t, your self confidence is getting worse & worse

After a few months of setbacks it’s time time to push to make a real positive change to myself from tomorrow

I posted this photo at the start of September, 3 and half months in to cut, since hitting this point I’ve ran in to setback after setback

Injury, operation, illness, other personal issues has just got completely in the way of my consistency in the gym, which plays a massive part on my physical & psychological well-being

There will always be setbacks in life, things will always deflect you from the path you want to be on

But what defines you & your success is how you deal with them setbacks, whether you let them consume & take over your life, or choose to push past them.

On important thing I always tell myself & my boys..

“The only time you ever fail at anything, is the second you give up”

So tomorrow we jump back on the horse

& Regather the consistency I’ve had, the 110% commitment I’ve give to my fitness since July 2022

New goals for me..

Start a new training split, putting a sole focus on improving my deadlift this year, and ensuring I progress with my chest without any further injury

Beat a high weigh in of 198lbs last bulk & gradually bring out my best physique to date

I always feel I have to have a goal in place

& a reason why I want to achieve something

Otherwise, whilst you may have consistency, you’ll constantly go through the motions & never push to your limits without a clear goal in place

Over half a stone of body fat removed, without going to the gym?

Here is a shoutout to my client Reece👏🏼

Investing in a coach & is a difficult thing to do on its own, particularly when you feel really short for time in your day to day life

& this is the Challenge Reece has faced

Working a busy job, being location to location every day

Late nights, early starts, it was difficult for him to see where he was going to find the time & commitment to make a position change

What won over, however, was his willingness to improve, to feel more confident & shed the unwanted body fat he has wanted rid of for such a long time

So here’s 3 steps we took to ensure that Reece has seen consistent progress without being fixated on the gym👇🏽
