Right at Home Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan has achieved the highest possible ‘Excellent’ rating across all three inspection domains in its most recent Care Inspectorate Wales assessment. This was under a new inspection framework and as such represents another massive success story for our Quality & Compliance support team, as well as Joe, Holly, Annie and the rest of their team!

As the daylight draws in, we've been looking back on the highlights of our summer and putting plans in place to build upon them next year. One huge highlight for us was the weeks in June when Right at Home offices held Big Green Picnic events, with our partner charity Dementia Adventure, uniting communities and raising funds.

As well as a fun activity for our clients, The Big Green Picnic is about showing what our culture looks like in action and we can't wait to bring it back, bigger and better next year.

We're impatiently awaiting the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards celebration on Thursday 6th November to see how our franchisees Vicky & Paul Butler from Right at Home Isle of Wight fare. They recently received their Community Impact finalist certificate, and considering the difference they have made to the lives of their clients, we hope they will walk away with the award on the night!

Day 1 of Annual Conference is off to a great start, with inspiring insights from Chairman and Founder Ken Deary, and CEO Lucy Campbell, and exciting updates from Operations Director Heather Wehrle. We also had some fantastic Best Practice Panel chat, with Franchise Owners discussing how they ensure their brand stands out from their local competition. Looking forward to tonight's BBQ!

We’re delighted to welcome our incredible Franchise Owners from across the network to the beautiful Mottram Hall in Cheshire for two days of learning and collective celebration.

This year’s theme, ‘New Frontiers’, sets the stage with thought-provoking talks, engaging panel discussions and hands-on workshops, all designed to inspire and equip care teams for a future of exceptional homecare.

Right at Home’s Celebration Awards will also make a sparkling return to Conference to shine a spotlight on the incredible achievements of local offices over the last year in enhancing the lives of their Clients and making a lasting impact in their communities.
