Your home is yours. If you’re not fully connected to it atm. Even if you’re planning on moving. If you’ve recently invested in your home. If like me it’s quite new as in you’ve recently moved. Invest your intention, time and energy well to your home. It responds. Rooms respond to us, energies shift and move through our homes.

Open the windows, light the candles, use your best plates, chuck out or give away the things items that no longer or never have lit you up.

Your home is one of the most immediate positive shifts you can experience. Go easy, gently, do it with grace and peace but….come home to your home for a while

Real share. I didn’t handle little Scarlett’s frustrations well atall thus morning. I hated it all at one point, the disconnect between us, her upset, her shouting at me, me not being able to reason with her. Worried we’d wake the neighbours…tired anyway from yesterday and super early start. Really rubbish couple of hours.

The rage I felt though, the lack of compassion or patience. That’s on me. I’m looking at that today. Not having a morning like that again. Not that raw anyway. It’s on us as adults eh. And that’s ok, just, we got to be in relaxed full fuelled healthy places mentally physically AND spiritually. Otherwise it’s an absolute utter fekking nightmare

I’m going to land and refill this morning. Work well this afternoon then this evening will be in a calmer more adult in the drivers seat place for Scarlett and me.

It’s on us, but, in a beautiful way. It’s on us to look after us so others can’t trigger us, hurt us, provoke us

Look after you and the rest eases I swear ###
