Today the Health Matters group went to visit the Bluecoat. We had a session with the brilliant members of the Blue Room. We heard from two artists who showed us their amazing work, Laura and Veronica. We also took part in an art workshop in the afternoon. We have been thinking about Art and it's positive effects on Mental Health. It was also great to catching up with one of our founding members, Veronica!
