Today is World Mental Health Day 💛

On Wednesday, we were honoured to welcome Andy from James’ Place UK to speak to our whole company about male suicidal prevention.

James’ Place is a life-saving charity offering specialist therapy to men in suicidal crisis. Foundered after the tragic loss of James Wentworth-Stanley, the charity operates centres in Liverpool, London and Newcastle, providing rapid, compassionate support in non-clinical settings. Hearing Andy’s insights was powerful and deeply moving, and we’re proud to support their mission to help men find hope and healing.

This morning, we started the day with a healthy smoothie bar, because good mental health starts with how we fuel our bodies and minds.
