We are open till late Monday to Friday and are based just across the road from Tesco and Prescot Medical Centre.

⚠️ Recognise the signs:
• A burning or stinging when you wee
• Going to the loo more often than usual
• Cloudy or dark-smelling wee
• No high fever, no lower back pain — if you do have those you’ll need further assessment.
📊 What we’ll do for you:
• An in-store chat and eligibility check by our pharmacist
• If you’re eligible: treatment then & there + tailored advice
• If your symptoms show ‘red flags’ (male patient, pregnancy, catheter, high fever) we’ll refer you to your GP.

• Facial pain/pressure around cheeks/forehead/eyes
• Blocked or runny nose, often with green/yellow discharge
• Reduced sense of smell
• Symptoms commonly follow a cold or flu.

• Our pharmacist will assess your symptoms and decide if you’re eligible for the Pharmacy First route.
• If eligible: we can supply the correct treatment and give self-care advice right away.
