Join us in spreading festive joy to children who need it most!

This , Amore Social Care is proud to support Everton in the Community's Blue Base Pantry with a toy collection to help families facing hardship across Merseyside.

Every donation - big or small - can help ensure a child wakes up to a gift this Christmas.

To bring smiles to girls and boys this season, we’re collecting for:
🎁 New, boxed toys for ages 0–14
🎁 Gifts suitable for 14–18-year-olds
🎁 Unused, unopened gifts from home are also very welcome

Our donation deadline is the 15th of December - for anyone who wishes to donate, please drop off your gifts in our Evan House Amore Complex Care North West office!

🧠 Need to talk one on one? You can speak to someone 24/7, judgment-free via the Samaritans or Mind helplines. Our agency Support Workers can also access our Mental Health First Aiders.

Jargon Buster: What is a “Temp-to-Perm” placement? 💜

If you’re new to agency positions, you might not have come across the phrase temp-to-perm in your care career.

👉 Temp-to-perm means starting a role on a temporary basis with the client, with the option to move into a permanent contract later.
👉 For the clients we staff for, it’s a way to trial new team members before offering long-term employment.
