Some nice Feb moments, you can tell I spent a lot of the month away but still managed to enjoy some nature in such a rainy month ☔️

We had a lovely meal in .zanolpl as a late Christmas celebration.

Popped to Ireland and enjoyed some time in and around the Mourne mountains.

Ended in the Netherlands and got to experience a sunset Aufguss sauna with 🔥. We hope to visit many other saunas this year to continuing to learn and build on our offering - watch this space!

We’ll be back this month renewed and ready for Spring 🙌🌷

We have absolutely loved our sessions in the week between Christmas & New Year and the first week of January.

Seeing customers both regular and new turning up sluggish, full of cheese and wine and leaving revitalised, full of new ideas and clarity for the year ahead due to the restorative combined effect of wood-fired heat and icy cold is why Mersea Sauna was created.

We are keeping feel-good Fridays with all sessions just £10.

We also have chilly dip in the Lake & sauna on the 9th December for just £9.

It’s November, where is the year going?!

Absolutely stunning scenes at the sauna today, windy and wild but with this gorgeous sunshine. Hopefully this will stay with us for the month 🙌

With the colder weather starting to come in, you will really feel the contrast going from the sauna to the plunge ❄️🔥 - the perfect reset when you have been cooped up indoors.
